For several months a new San Diego City branch library has been under construction near my home.The construction clearly still has a ways to go (especially for landscaping), but it's looking promising. The fence that had been around the site recently came down, so that's helped with being able to get a better view of the building.
I'm looking forward to being able to get in it.
