Some people will do this to help save water. Which I don't have a huge problem with -- assuming it is NUMBER ONE!!!
In this case it was NOT. And this wasn't the first time I've made such a discovery at work.
Hmm. Maybe time for a job search.
Nah, it wasn't that extreme a situation.(And there have been no further such incidents.)
